<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying sheet which is used for laying a road surface marking material or a paving material like a tile, a block, ceramics or asphalt on an objective surface like a pavement surface, a concrete surface or a wood surface; a method of laying using this; a method of fixing of the road surface marking material for fixing the road surface material like a white line on the objective surface using a sheet for fixing the road surface marking; and a laying material used for laying the road surface marking material or the paving material on the objective surface. <P>SOLUTION: The laying sheet 1 used for laying the road surface marking material or the paving material on the objective surface includes a synthetic resin foam sheet 2, a surface layer 3 arranged on a surface 2a of the synthetic resin foam sheet 2, an adhesive layer 4 arranged on the other surface 2b of the synthetic resin foam sheet 2.
