<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of making small an inductance used for preventing intrusion of AC power having a high frequency into a circuit for a low frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device 1 includes a first oscillator 2 outputting AC power of a first frequency, a first matching circuit 3 to be connected with the first oscillator 2, a second oscillator 4 outputting AC power of a second frequency higher than the first frequency, a second matching circuit 5 to be connected with the second oscillator 4, a transformer 6 to which the first rectifying circuit 3 and the second matching circuit 5 are connected, and an induction heating coil 7 to be connected to a secondary side of the transformer 6. The first matching circuit 3 passes the first frequency and moreover is equipped with a T-shaped filter 12 blocking the second frequency, and the second matching circuit 5 passes the second frequency and, moreover, is equipped with a capacitor 19 blocking the first frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
