<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system interlocking inverter for quickly converging power generated by a power generation device into the maximum generated power. <P>SOLUTION: Whether average generated electric energy per unit time of a solar battery 10 is increasing or decreasing is determined, and when it is determined that the average generated electric energy is increasing, the direction of control with respect to the output of a boost chopper 5 is maintained as it is, and when it is determined that the average generated electric energy is decreasing, the direction of control with respect to the output of the boost chopper 5 is inverted.
