<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiencies of maintenance and inspections by eliminating a burden that a worker has to reciprocate between the landing on the uppermost story and a machine room. <P>SOLUTION: An elevator device includes a switch operation member 3, a car loading position detection switch 5 installed inside a hoistway 4, selector switches (11, 12) for switching an operation mode, a manual mode switch 21 for informing that the worker rides on the car for operation, an indication lamp 31 turned on when the car is stopped at the car loadable position, and a control part 9 which moves the car toward the car loadable position and stops the car at the car loadable position when receiving an instruction for movement from the inside of the car in the car loading mode, turns on the indication lamp, invalidates an instruction signal from the inside of the car and an instruction signal from a landing since the manual mode switch is changed from the OFF to ON, and validates the instruction signals on the maintenance and inspections performed on the car. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
