<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas socket wherein a plug abuts on a connection cylinder via an abutting member during connecting the plug while avoiding the degradation of air tightness between the plug and the connection cylinder even when the abutting member formed of rubber deteriorates. <P>SOLUTION: The connection cylinder 3 is formed of metal or polyacetale superior in deterioration resistance to rubber. At the front end of the connection cylinder 3, an abutting cylinder portion 3c in a tapered shape is formed to be elastically shrinkable/expandable. The outer peripheral face of the abutting member 3c is a second abutting face 3c which abuts on a crossing portion between the front end face and the inner peripheral face of the plug P during connecting the plug P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
