<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which achieves improvement of availability by preventing void paper resulting from jamming of a document from being conveyed to a post-processing part such as a stapler. <P>SOLUTION: When the document G is jammed while it is conveyed to a reading part 60 and is read thereby, and the paper P which is conveyed from a paper feeding part 10 to an image forming part 20 so as to form an image thereon becomes the void paper P on which image formation is not completed because of jamming of the document, the image forming apparatus 1 performs void paper conveyance control processing for regulating conveyance of the void paper P to the post-processing part 40. Therefore, such a situation is inexpensively and properly prevented that the void paper P is conveyed to the post-processing part 40 and coexists with image-formation completed paper P in the post-processing part 40 when the document G is jammed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
