<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary administration system of a food-processing factory which can attain thorough sanitary administration in a manufacturing line of a food-processing factory so as to prevent accidents, such as, food poisoning. <P>SOLUTION: This system monitors sanitary conditions of the food processing manufacturing line, by inspecting the change in the number of bacteria which is indicated in bacteriological examination data of processed food obtained by a colony counter 1; sends the inspection result to a personal computer or a cellular phone of a quality control section and administration that are in a remote head office, via the Internet or telephone line 3; and manages the sanitary conditions of the manufacturing line of the factory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
