<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery tile particularly used for converting solar energy into electric energy on a roof of a building, in the solar battery tile. <P>SOLUTION: This solar battery tile 10 includes a carrier tile 12 and a solar battery tile 14 supported in a recessed part 20 formed on the first side 18 of the carrier tile 12. Through-hole electric terminals 28 and 30 are arranged in the carrier tile 12, and these are electrically connected to the solar battery cell 14. A cover plate 16 overlaps with a surface of the solar battery cell 14, and is installed on the carrier tile 12 by sealing.
