<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a production method of producing a fine-particles aggregate of an organic pigment capable of achieving advantageous dispersibility of homogeneous and fine particles of fine build-up pigment even after re-dispersing the aggregate by ensuring even aggregation condition within the reaction system, by homogenizing the shape and aggregation state of the aggregate, and by enhancing the dispersibility of the aggregate during the re-dispersing; a method of producing the dispersion; and an ink for inkjet recording using the dispersion. <P>SOLUTION: This method of producing an organic pigment fine-particles aggregate is provided by which fine particles of an organic pigment are formed by merging an inorganic pigment solution in which an organic pigment is dissolved in a solvent in the presence of an alkali with an aqueous medium in a flow path and then the formation of an aggregate by further merging the obtained liquid of the organic pigment fine particles with a liquid flocculant in the flow path, from the liquid merge for forming fine particles of the organic pigment to the liquid merge for forming the aggregate, is performed under a serial circulation condition in the flow path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
