METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBIDE BASE FERTILIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbide base fertilizer capable of obtaining the fertilizer with a small tar content by drying and carbonizing by one step (one treatment vessel) from an excrement base fertilizer material.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the carbide base fertilizer by drying and carbonizing the excrement base fertilizer material is provided. The carbide base fertilizer is produced by continuing convectional agitational mixing for a prescribed time under a feeding atmosphere of a superheated steam 50 of 300-600°C. The carbide base fertilizer produced in this way has a high bubble rate and a large fertilizing effect.
