<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-panic mechanism of a rational vehicle door latch device. <P>SOLUTION: When a lock lever 30 is displaced to an unlocking position U from a locking position L in a state of displacing an open lever 27 to an opening door operation position, an anti-panic panel 36 is resiliently displaced, and the lock lever 30 is switched to the unlocking position U without moving an operation piece 35. The operation piece 35 and the lock lever 30 are arranged superposing so as to rotate around a lock shaft 31, and a guide slot 41 is arranged in an open link 40, and the operation piece 35 is provided with a pin part 39 slidingly engaging with the guide slot 41, and the open link 40 is arranged on the lock lever 30 side from the operation piece 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
