<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk device for a vehicle, which can ensure proper security after a trunk is unlocked. <P>SOLUTION: The trunk device for the vehicle includes: a trunk unlocking motor 13 (trunk unlocking actuator); a trunk opening request switch 12 (unlocking reservation mode setting means) for putting the trunk unlocking motor 13 into an unlocked state on the premise of prescribed unlocking conditions; respective sonars 22a, 22b, 23a and 23b for detecting a person getting closer to the trunk TR and a control circuit 21 (person detection means); and a control circuit 11 (trunk control means). The control circuit 11 controls the trunk unlocking motor 13 so that the trunk TR can be kept in a locked state, in the state of being set in an unlocking reservation mode with the trunk opening request switch 12, and controls the trunk unlocking motor 13 so that the trunk TR can be put into an unlocked state, under the unlocking condition that the person is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
