<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the number of images to change a header when connecting two moving image data. <P>SOLUTION: From an encoded data to be a connection object, the image in a prescribed range including the subsequent image of a connection point is extracted. Also, among information included in the header of the extracted image in the prescribed range, on the information to be a continuous value when decoded, adjustment information for performing adjustment so as to turn the information to the continuous value when decoded in and out of the prescribed range is prepared. Then, the prepared adjustment information is added to the header of the extracted image in the prescribed range, and the image in the prescribed range is encoded again. For instance, when connecting the encoded data in which the encoding type of POC is 0, the information indicating mmco=5 is prepared as the adjustment information, and also information for adjusting the number of reference images so as to be the continuous value with the frame_num of the image which is not extracted is prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
