<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system ensuring communication speed, communication quality, communication trouble countermeasures or the like in a unified manner, assuring security and reliability in telephone communication almost without changing a private address system. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal T1 sends an ICS (Integrated Information Communication System) user frame UF1 including a telephone number of a terminal T2 to a domain name server, and the domain name server performs retrieval of an ICS user address UR2 of the terminal T2 starting from a route domain name on the basis of the telephone number and sends back the retrieval result to the terminal T1. The terminal T1 sends an ICS user frame UF2 including the ICS user address UR2 and its own ICS user address to a communication network via a logic terminal R2, and the communication network forms an ICS network frame including the ICS user frame UR2 and identification information of the logic terminal R2 and sends the ICS network frame to the logic terminal R2.
