<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal pouring mechanism in anode casting equipment, capable of certainly supplying a molten metal into a reservoir without spilling when pouring the molten metal into the reservoir from a refining furnace through a trough. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A molten metal pouring mechanism 10 makes the molten-metal receiving part 31 of a trough 3 to be always positioned in the vicinity of a pouring hole 21 of a refining furnace 2, by detecting the tilt state of the refining furnace 2 with an encoder 11 and changing the tilt angle of the trough 3, through which the molten metal stored in the refining furnace 2 is poured into a reservoir 6, based on a detection signal detected.
