PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion guide with a raceway plate having rigidity against a load with the motion of a moving member or the rolling of rolling elements. SOLUTION: The motion guide includes the hollow raceway plate 10 having a rolling element rolling surface 11 formed along the longitudinal direction, and the moving member having a load rolling element rolling surface formed at a position opposite to the rolling element rolling surface 11, the moving member being assembled between the rolling element rolling surface 11 and the load rolling element rolling surface via the plurality of rolling elements movably in the longitudinal direction of the raceway plate 10.
