The present invention relates to a sizing composition for mineral fibers comprising a phenolic resin, urea, a crosslinking catalyst, and optionally additives, characterized in that the crosslinking catalyst is a mixture of ammonium sulfamate and ammonium sulfate. Another subject of the invention is insulation products based on mineral fibers, in particular fine fibers, bonded by means of the aforementioned sizing composition.
