发明名称 METHOD FOR SUPPRESSION OF RADIATION EMISSION INTO AN ACCELERATING TUBE OF A DIRECT-ACTION ION ACCELERATOR
摘要 The invention relates to field of high-voltage and accelerating equipment, in particular to methods for suppression of radiation emission into an accelerating tube to reinforce security of maintenance personnel. A method for suppression of radiation emission into the accelerating tube a direct-action ion accelerator includes effect of permanent-magnet structure field to electron avalanches along axis of the accelerating tube. Direction of effect to electron avalanches is changed to opposite one at least twice using the permanent-magnet structure via changing polarity of magnet poles. The technical result is high level of suppression of radiation emission in the accelerating tube with keeping ion-optical performances of the accelerating tube.
