A trolley for lifting and transporting cargo, mainly a steel structure with a base includes a U-shaped frame with a handle and wheels mounted on the free ends of the frame by an axle, and fasteners of cargo fixed on the frame by horizontal axle. Each fastener of cargo is made in the form of a rod, at upper end of which a bushing is made for interaction with the horizontal axle located in parallel to the axle of wheels. At its lower end a T-shaped head is made, which interacts with a shaped cut at the base of the cargo. The handle is in contact with the outer surface of the base of cargo in transport position. The fasteners meet requirements of the following equations: R=(l.2-2.0)L; c+r=L+(0.80-0.95) H+h.
