The Mexidol preparation is additionally administered in a doze of 100 mg / kg,which due to powerful antioxidant and antihypoxic to properties reduces the damage rate of kidneys tissues and disorders of their functions, and also positively effects on processes of free radical oxidations of macromolecules and reduces metabolism disorders in nephron cells.
