PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductor in which the conductor in which conductivity is improved can be obtained. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the electric conductor, a process in which a conductive compound containing water-soluble conductive polymer having sulfonic acid group and/or carboxyl group (A), basic compound (B), and a solvent (C) is coated on a base material to form a coated film, and a process in which the coated film is heat-treated under 125 to 180°C are carried out sequentially.
