PURPOSE: An image sensor including a pixel cell with an epitaxial layer, a system including the same, and a method for forming the pixel cell are provided to reduce a crosstalk between light conversion elements by forming the light conversion element with the maximum depth without a blooming. CONSTITUTION: A pixel cell includes a substrate, an epitaxial layer, and a light conversion element. The epitaxial layer has an embossing type doping density profile and includes a plurality of layers. The plurality of layers is stacked on the substrate. The light conversion element is formed inside the epitaxial layer.
