<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll for an electrophotographic apparatus, the roll having a low hardness and uniform electric resistance and capable of giving an excellent image. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roll for the electrophotographic apparatus comprises a base layer 2 formed on an outer circumference face of a shaft 1, and a surface layer 3 further formed on the circumference of the base layer, wherein the surface layer 3 is formed of a thermally cured article of an epoxy composition containing the following (A) and at least one of (B) and (C).
