<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for microorganisms that has an improved function to immobilize microorganisms in open pores of the carrier. <P>SOLUTION: In the carrier for microorganisms, the carrier 1 for microorganisms is formed of a plurality of three-dimensionally communicating open pores 3a, 3b, 3c, etc. A skeleton section 5 constituting the open pores 3a, 3b, 3c, etc is composed of a sintered body of a spherical particles 7, a hollow portion 7a is formed near the center of the spherical particle 7, and further an opening section 7b leading to the open pores 3a, 3b, 3c, etc is formed in a part of the hollow portion 7a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
