PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat die form rolling machine, which can prevent synchronous accuracy of a pair of flat dies arranged at a pair of sliding tables from going wrong and enables accurate synchronous operation even when used under a relatively short cycle time operation condition having a cycle time of 20 second or less and accordingly has good processing accuracy of a workpiece, specifically a reduced involute cumulative pitch error. SOLUTION: A third gear 20 fixed to a drive shaft 31 of a first servo motor is engaged with a first gear 21 fixed to one ball screw shaft 22 of a pair of ball screw shafts, and a fourth gear 26 is arranged so as to be rotatably installed at the drive shaft 31 of the first servo motor in series with the third gear 20 and engaged with a second gear 27. A second servo motor is rotated with a predetermined amount, a pair of rotating plates 29, 30, and an intermediate shaft 23 are turned around the drive shaft 31 with a predetermined amount, and a relative working phase of the second gear 27 engaging with the fourth gear 26 to the first gear 21 is shifted.
