<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a preprocess result of a database to improve processing performance of the database. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a standby-system server 3 having a standby-system DB 201 storing data of an update target receives issuance history data 111 of a data processing request from an execution-system server 2, the standby-system server 3 updates the data of the standby-system DB 201 according to the data processing request of the received issuance history data 111 to perform data synchronization between an execution-system DB 101 and the standby-system DB 201, extracts issuance frequency of each data processing request from the received issuance history data 111, creates a pool management rule 114 having the effect of further heightening a priority degree wherein the data processing request is stored in an execution-system SQL pool 103 as the extracted issuance frequency is larger, and updates the pool management rule 114 of the execution-system server 2.
