PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise accompanying the generation of a transmission wave signal, in a switching power supply device which is constituted of a plurality of switching power supply circuits. SOLUTION: The switching power supply device includes the two switching power supply circuits 2, 3 and outputs PWM signals SPWM1, SPWM2, by comparing command voltage signals Sr1, Sr2 with triangular wave signals Sc1, Sc2, respectively, by using comparators 24a, 24b. A triangular wave generating circuit 14 generates the triangular wave signal Sc1, by charging and discharging a capacitor, and an inversion circuit 19 generates the triangle wave signal Sc2 by inverting the triangular wave signal Sc1.
