PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition having high adhesive strength to a noble-metal substrate, such as Ag or Au. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition contains: (A) 100 pts.wt. of polyorganosiloxane having an alkenyl group; (B) polyorganohydrogensiloxane with the number of 0.1-4.0 pieces of hydrogen atoms per alkenyl group in the component (A); (C) a catalytic amount of a platinum-based catalyst; and (D) as an adhesiveness-imparting agent, (D1) 0.05-5 pts.wt. of an isocyanuric acid derivative having respectively, (i) one or more functional groups selected from epoxy, glycidoxy, or alkoxysilyl group, and (ii) one or more groups selected from crosslinkable vinyl or hydrosilyl (Si-H) group.
