PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid mounting destabilization of a circuit board and scale-up of a rotating angle detection unit while enabling stable supply of a working voltage after completing a write operation of initial calibration parameters on a magnetic sensor. SOLUTION: In a condition where a shaft 3 and rolling bearings 4 and 4 are embedded in a housing 10, a magnetic drum 5 is fixed to the edge face 3a at one side of the shaft 3, a circuit board 7 with a magnetic sensor 6 is fixed to the lateral face of another side of a lid 2 of the housing 10, a voltage supplying path 13 for calibration is composed which is connected with the circuit board 7 to lead from a cable passing through a through-hole 2a of the lid 2 to the exterior, and, by fixing the lid 2, the rolling bearings 4 and 4 are pre-compressed, voltage for calibration is supplied to the magnetic sensor 6 by using the voltage supplying path 13 for calibration, write operation of initial calibration parameters is implemented by means of an external calibration apparatus, and then the voltage supplying path 13 for calibration are externally connected with a stabilization output end 17b of an electric source input and output substrate 17 fixed to the lateral face of one side of the lid 2.
