PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a metal thin sheet drum, preventing a metal ring from getting in contact with a cutter and being damaged. SOLUTION: The cutting device for a metal thin sheet drum is provided with: a drum holding means 3; and a pair of rotary cutters 4 for cutting the drum 2 as they abut on the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the drum 2, so as to circumferentially cut the drum 2 into a predetermined width for forming metal rings 6. Under the outer circumferential surface of a cutting position side end part of the drum 2 held by the drum holding means 3, a delivery means provided with an electromagnet 27 to which current is breakably supplied, and a transfer means to transfer the electromagnet to a delivery position is provided. After cutting of the drum 2 is completed, the metal ring 6 formed by the cutting is held on the electromagnet 27 that is preliminarily energized, and the electromagnet 27 is transferred by the transfer member to the delivery position, where the metal ring 6 is delivered to the delivery position.
