<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shading performance because a conventional blind does not secure proper darkness due to the occurrence of reflection and leakage of light in a completely shielded state although a light non-transmitting material is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A transmitting material with polarizing characteristics is used for louvers, and the louvers are arranged so that polarizing axes between window side polarizing glass and the blind or between the adjacent louvers have orthogonal characteristics. When complete shading is required, it is structured that passing light passes through two polarizing members with orthogonal polarizing axes.
