<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation for identifying the cause of failure or the like for quick response to the failure or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least one operation condition information is continuously collected which indicates the operating conditions of game devices, the collected information is stored in association with time information for identifying the collected times thereof, and the contents of the operating condition information in which collected times belong to a predetermined time period before and after a specific time are displayed on a single screen so as to be compared between before and after the specific period.
