PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of being provided in a narrow space, to provide a wiring body suitable therefor, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the seal structure. SOLUTION: A wiring body 20 includes a seal portion 15 sealing up the periphery of a through hole of an enclosure 41a of an electronic apparatus. The seal portion 15 is provided with a tabular spacer member 11 extending in a direction different from that of an FPC 21 being a wiring member. A cover (cap C) closing the through hole 43 from above is constituted of the spacer member 11 and a coupling part 21a of the FPC 21. The cover (cap C) is fixed to the first enclosure 41a with a double-sided waterproof tape (fixing member). The FPC 21 extends to the inside of the first enclosure 41a through a blocker (dam D). Since the cap C is fixed to the enclosure in the periphery of the through hole with the double-sided waterproof tape 13, permeation of water and the like into the enclosure can be stopped.
