PURPOSE: A coin selecting device and a coin counting device are provided to select the coin at high speed by smoothly dropping a coin to a selection hole. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(124) has a flat plate shape. A rotating unit(164) includes a reference circumference edge(184) with a preset radius and a transferring wing(186) which transfers a coin one by one, and rotates on the upper side of the base plate. A pressing unit pressurizes the coin which is transferred by the transfer wing with a preset force.
