PURPOSE: A printing plate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method of printing using thereof are provided to improve utilization efficiency of an ink material, and to minimize the distortion of a pattern layout. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a printing plate comprises the following steps: forming a ink favor layer(30a) on a substrate(10a); forming a resist pattern(60) on the ink favor layer; etching the ink favor layer using the resist pattern as a mask to form a ink favor unit; forming an ink resist unit(30b) on the substrate etched to expose the ink favor layer; and removing the resist pattern. The ink resist unit includes a stronger hydrophobic property than the ink favor layer.
