PURPOSE: A pixel device of a semiconductor image sensor is provided to output a pure signal voltage by removing a reset noise from a signal voltage. CONSTITUTION: A pixel device of a semiconductor image sensor includes a photo diode(PD), a drive transistor(MD), a reset transistor(MR), a selection transistor(MS), and a switching transistor(M1). The photodiode accumulates a photoelectron. The drive transistor receives the photoelectron accumulated in the photodiode and outputs an electric signal. The reset transistor is connected between the drive transistor and the photodiode. The reset transistor resets the photoelectron accumulated in the photodiode. The selection transistor performs addressing with a switching operation and outputs the photoelectron as a signal voltage. The switching transistor limits a reset voltage in the signal voltage.
