PURPOSE: A vibration type sensor is provided to prevent breakdown of a vibration piece by preventing stress concentration due to the vibration piece by the impact applied to a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A vibration arm(15,16) vibrates in a planar direction in a preset resonance frequency. A first base unit(12), a first slim unit, and a first support unit are successively formed from one end of a vibration arm on the vibration piece. A second base unit(13), a second slim unit, and a second support unit are successively formed from the other side of the vibration arm on the vibration piece. |
