<p>A test head moving apparatus (6) is provided with a main body section (61); a holding section (62), which is attached to the main body section (61) through a sliding mechanism for holding a test head main body (4); and a testing section unit attaching/detaching apparatus (2) arranged on the upper both side sections of the main body section (61). The testing section unit attaching/detaching apparatus (2) is provided with a frame (21), two air cylinders (22) arranged on the frame (21) and one supporting section (23) attached to an upper end section of each air cylinder (22). A testing section unit (5) arranged on the test head main body (4) is removed, supported and reattached by the testing section unit attaching/detaching apparatus (2).</p> |
