<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new functional material obtained by bringing various useful ingredients contained in chicken breast meat to a high concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The new functional material is obtained by extracting chicken breast meat using alcohol as an extraction solvent. As a result of this, it is possible to extract useful ingredients contained in chicken breast meat, such as anserine, carnosine, amino acid, vitamin E, phospholipid, carnitine and coenzyme Q10, at a ratio close to a naturally-occurring ratio (existence ratio in chicken breast meat), and the useful ingredients are brought to a high concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
