<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new functional material obtained by bringing various useful ingredients contained in chicken breast meat to a high concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The new functional material is obtained by extracting chicken breast meat using alcohol as an extraction solvent.
