<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set availability of a closing operation of a cover by a simple projection shape of the inside of the cover. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus including a body part 1 storing an image forming part 5 and the cover provided to be openable/closable with respect to the body part 1 includes part holding parts 11 and 12 which are projectingly provided inside the cover and attachably/detachably hold a predetermined member such as a cleaner for dust-proof glass.
