摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis apparatus/method for detecting which type of arc furnace mainly becomes a cause of voltage flicker when a plurality of AC furnaces and DC furnaces are connected to a power system as loads. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage flicker analysis device 20 decomposes a current flowing in a load line 12 into four current components of an active component, a reactive component, a negative phase component and a distorted wave component with a phase of voltage of a bus bar 10 as reference. The analysis apparatus 20 calculatesΔV<SB>10</SB>based on the current components by using an equivalent measuring method. The analysis apparatus 20 judges that the AC furnace mainly becomes the cause of voltage flicker whenΔV<SB>10</SB>of the reactive component and the negative phase component is larger thanΔV<SB>10</SB>of the other current component, and judges that the DC furnace mainly becomes the cause of voltage flicker whenΔV<SB>10</SB>of the reactive component is larger thanΔV<SB>10</SB>of the other current component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
