PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board server, an electronic bulletin board system, and an electronic bulletin board data providing method that post information for a registered user in a state wherein personal information can be referred to and for an unregistered user in a state wherein the personal information can not be referred to. SOLUTION: The BBS server 100 allows bulletin board information, comprising information that the registered user writes using a predetermined input form, to be referred to at a request from an information processing apparatus connected through a network, and a BBS management section 101 allows the reference after an index substitution section 107 substitutes information irrelevant to the personal information for the contents of an input field for information comprising at least only the personal information in the predetermined input form at a reference request from an information processing apparatus that the unregistered user operates.
