<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an increase in the capacitance of an FD and an increase in electrical crosstalk when reducing optical crosstalk. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a plurality of basic cells each having a photoelectric conversion element, a transfer transistor, and a floating diffusion part. The device includes a light shielding part arranged at the upper part of the floating diffusion part.
