PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting and separating device that reduces the number of parts used to attach an explosive material to a connecting member and relaxes restrictions on shock resistance, positioning conditions or the like of devices and parts arranged near the connecting member. SOLUTION: A connecting and separating device 3 connects a first flying vehicle and a second flying vehicle to each other with a connecting member 30, and separates them from each other by rupturing the connecting member 30 with an explosive material 40.
