PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive connection structure between a medical needle and a medical tube without generating unevenness in the connection part between the medical needle and the medical tube. SOLUTION: The connection structure A is composed of the medical needle 10 whose connection part 13 with an engagement groove 13a is formed at the rear end, an inner tube 16 to be engaged with the engagement groove 13a, and the medical tube 15 whose one end is fused or fixed with an adhesive to the outer surface of the inner tube 16. The connection part 13 and the inner tube 16 are formed in the shape of a circular cylinder when the inner tube 16 is suitable for the engagement groove 13a of the connection part 13. The proximal end of the connection part 13 has a part not to be covered with the inner tube 16, and a gap 13d is formed between the proximal end of the connection part 13 and the medical tube 15.
