PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping sheet which allows high-class precise shaping with excellent design and pleasant texture, and is excellent in mold-releasability and heat resistivity, to provide a resin decorative sheet obtained using the shaping sheet, and to provide a method of manufacturing the resin decorative sheet using the shaping sheet. SOLUTION: The shaping sheet includes: a resin composite base material 2 composed of a heat-resistant base material 21 having a thermal shrinkage ratio (150°C×30 minutes) of≤2% (measured based on JIS C2318) and a resin base material 22 whose melting point is in the range of 90 to 230°C; an ink layer 3 disposed partially or all over the surface of the resin composite base material 2; and a surface shaping layer 5 covering all over the surface including an area where the ink layer is formed and an area where the ink layer is not formed. The surface shaping layer is obtained by crosslinking/curing a curable resin composition.
