PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molidng method for molding a hollow molded article which is released from the problem or the like of the insert of a semi-hollow molded article, the problem of the dimensional accuracy of the hollow molded article, the problem of the strength of joints, etc., and has accessories such as a rib and a partition wall therein. SOLUTION: By the use of a fixed mold (2) and a movable mold (20), a pair of the semi-hollow molded articles (T1 and T2) is molded to have the joints (S and S) for injection molding in orifices of its main parts (H and H) and the joints (M and M) for fusion in the abutting part of its accessory (W) (primary molding). Registration is carried out while a pair of the semi-hollow molded articles are left in each mold, and melting is carried out by inserting a heater (31) between the joints of the accessories (W and W). The heater (31) is made to retreat, mold clamping is carried out, the joints of the accessories (W and W) are fused, molten resins are injected to the joints of the main parts (H and H), and joining is carried out (secondary molding).
