<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control system preventing inappropriate advice and navigation to a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The robot control system includes: a robot 10 capable of interacting with the user; and a remote management device 110 connected for communication with the robot via a communications network to control the robot. The remote management device 110 includes: an acquisition means 112 to acquire external information through the communications network on which an information providing space is constructed on demand; an item determination means 113 to determine an item related to the external information, an item search control means 114 to make the robot search for the item in the vicinity of the robot; and a behavior determination means 115 to determine a behavioral condition for announcement of information including the item.
