<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a molding time by eliminating deformation or transfer unevenness of a molded article as much as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An outer peripheral bottom surface of a cavity S is formed of a mold base 26 and a male mold part 27. A matching part between the mold base 26 and the male mold part 27 is positioned at a middle position of the outer peripheral bottom surface of the cavity S which forms a vertical surface of a molded article. Pressurized gas G is injected into the cavity S via gas injection passages 28A, 28B, and melted synthetic resin J advances toward the matching part between the mold base 26 and the male mold part 27, which is an end part of the cavity S. In this case, though a surface of the melted synthetic resin J slightly cakes according to the movement, the synthetic resin J at the tip contacts projection parts 30, 31 of the mold base 26 and the male mold part 27, the synthetic resin J comes into a part in a groove 34 having the width which does not let the pressurized gas G in, and the hard surface of the synthetic resin J is torn to expose a soft part to the outside.
