PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circuit device preventing breakage of a compressor when a solenoid valve for introducing a refrigerant compressed by the compressor is in the close failure. SOLUTION: The refrigerant circuit device is provided with: a main circuit 20 having an interior heat exchanger 24, the compressor 21, a condenser 22 and a first expansion mechanism 23; a branch passage 30 branched from a halfway of an outlet side passage of the compressor 21 and connected to the other interior heat exchanger 24 and supplying the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 21 to the other interior heat exchanger 24; and a return passage 40 for returning the refrigerant passing through the other interior heat exchanger 24 to the main circuit 20. The refrigerant circuit device is further provided with: a bypass passage 50 branched from a halfway of a passage from the compressor 21 to a high pressure side solenoid valve 261 and merging in a halfway of a passage from the high pressure side solenoid valve 26 to the first expansion mechanism 23; and a bypass valve 51 closing in an ordinary state and opening when a pressure in an upstream side of an arranged portion exceeds a predetermined threshold.
